What the three modes actually do
The modes trade puff count against output. Soft draws least power and stretches the tank furthest. Normal is the middle setting and where the 20,000 figure comes from. Turbo pushes more power for a warmer, denser hit and will finish the device sooner.
The advertised puff count assumes Normal. If you run Turbo most of the time, expect noticeably fewer.
The isolated coil design
Dual mesh coils with the e-juice and coil kept separate until firing. The practical effect is that flavour stays cleaner deeper into the tank, which matters more on a 20,000-puff device than a small one — a bar you use for weeks has plenty of time to go muddy.

The flavour direction is the real split between them. The Mars 2 is a dessert-and-drink device with two iced fruits in the list. The Sedna is the opposite — fruit-led, with one dessert. Pick on flavour profile first, puff count second.
A word on the strength
Both are 35mg (3.5%). That sits above the common 20mg and below 50mg, and it is fixed — there is no lower option on either device.
If you normally vape 20mg, 35mg will feel considerably stronger, and on a device holding 20,000 puffs you cannot dilute it or swap it out. If you are unsure, something at 20mg is the safer starting point.
