For All Emirates we use a courier service who aim to deliver within 1 to 24 Hours..

We will contact you by Phone or WhatsApp to schedule your delivery.

To ensure timely processing and efficient delivery of all orders, the cutoff time for same-day delivery will be 10:30 PM. All orders placed after 10:30 PM will be processed and shipped the following day.

Accurate shipping selection is essential for order processing. If the shipping fee selected does not match your actual location, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

In such cases, we’ll notify you via your provided contact details, and a refund will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy. To avoid delays or cancellations, please ensure you select the correct shipping fee for your location at checkout.

To maintain a high standard of service, for deliveries to other Emirates. If a customer does not receive their order within 2 working days from the date of shipment, we are obligated to cancel the order and issue a refund, provided the delay is not caused by factors beyond our control.

Our courier will confirm the location by WhatsApp or Phone Call to ensure delivery to the correct location.
